Guidelines for Abstract Submission: Submit abstract based on template(Abstract template)
Guidelines for Full Paper Submission: new

Full paper should be formatted in A4 paper size.
The number of pages is limited from 4 to 6.
The paper shall be submitted with "Single Column" setting.
Font style of the full text should be Times New Roman of font size 12.
The headings of the paper (Topic of the paper, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, etc.) should be made Bold of font size 14.
Justify all the text and the line spacing should be 1.5 between the lines.
The paper should start with the Topic of the paper with the complete list of authors contributed to the topic, complete affiliation of all the authors (like Department, Uni-versity/college, Place, Country, etc.) and the corresponding author e-mail ID should be mentioned.
Then, the paper should contain the following contents: Abstract, Keywords, Intro-duction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement (if applicable), References. However, the contents may vary for review papers and can be modified accordingly.

Oral Presentation Guidelines: Oral presentations should be limited to 15 minutes. (Presentation Format)
Poster Presentation Guidelines:We expect a well articulated, expressive posters containing the crucial/key points of your research. The poster size should be A0 (841 x 1189 mm) and should typically have the following contents:

Title (To be placed at the top center of the poster)
Name of all authors with affiliations (corresponding author to be indicated, contact to be provided)
Introduction - Motivation, Objectives, Context
Methods/Materials - Theoretical models, experimental setup and procedures
Result of the study - Supported by graphs, tables, etc.
Discussion and Conclusions - Highlight significance of the findings
Acknowledgement and References

Additional Information:

The maximum usable area provided on the display board for the poster is 1.2m (width) x 1.4m (height). This can either be landscape or portrait. So, your poster dimension should be 1m x 1.2m
The poster should be designed in an integrated fashion covering all the contents listed above. Printing on separate small sheets and pinning together is not recommended.
The font size should be large enough, so that it can be readable from 1m distance.
Avoid hand drawn materials.
Make sure that it has a logical flow.
Use colors, graphics, charts and photos.
